MyEventMarketer.ai is built and operated by Eric Church. This page explains, in plain English, what information the product collects and how it is used.
What is collected
- Account information: your name, email address, and company details you enter.
- Event information: the events, dates, decisions, budgets, tasks, notes, files, and links you add to a workspace.
- Researched information: publicly available details about your event or company gathered from the web, along with the source links.
- Basic usage information: sign-in activity and product usage needed to operate and improve the service.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by MyEventMarketer.ai.
How it is used
- To run your workspace and generate your event guidance and plan.
- To improve the product, its guidance quality, and its research.
- To contact you about your account, your events, product updates, and support. Some of that outreach may be sent personally by Eric, and some may be sent using email or automation tools.
What is not done
Your information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. It is not published or used to promote your company without your permission.
Human review
You control whether Eric can review your event workspace to offer feedback or suggestions. You can turn that setting on or off at any time from your profile. When it is off, your event details are not reviewed for guidance purposes.
Service providers
MyEventMarketer.ai relies on a small number of vendors to operate: hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers used to generate guidance, web research services, email delivery, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information only to deliver their part of the service.
Data retention and deletion
Your workspace remains available to you after your event so your plan and records are not lost. If you want your account and data deleted, email hello@myeventmarketer.ai and it will be removed, other than records required for payment and tax purposes.
Security
Access to your workspace requires you to sign in, and workspace data is scoped to your account. No online service can promise perfect security, but protecting your event information is treated seriously.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
