MyEventMarketer.ai is built and operated by Eric Church. By creating an account or paying for an event workspace, you agree to these terms.
What the product is
MyEventMarketer.ai provides event-marketing guidance, research, and planning tools. It is software, not an agency engagement and not personal consulting. Eric does not personally plan or manage your event.
What you pay
- The founding partner price is a one-time payment of $49 for one event workspace.
- This is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Each additional event requires a separate purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Access period
A purchased workspace can be actively created, edited, and updated through 30 days after the event date. After that window, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view your plan, and access your information, but you cannot modify it. If your event is rescheduled, you can update the event date while the workspace is still active and the editing window adjusts accordingly.
Refunds
If the product isn't a fit, email hello@myeventmarketer.ai within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a refund for that event workspace.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate information.
- You own the content you add. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or share access to the product.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Guidance and judgment
Guidance, research, priorities, and estimates in the product are informational. Some content is generated by AI and some information is gathered from public web sources, so it can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm important details—especially organizer deadlines, costs, and contractual commitments—directly with your event organizer and vendors. Business decisions remain yours.
Human review
You choose whether Eric may review your workspace to offer feedback. Any suggestions left for you are recommendations only; you decide whether to apply them.
Availability
The product is offered as-is during this launch period. Features may change, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. Reasonable effort is made to keep the service working and your data intact.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyEventMarketer.ai and Eric Church are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, including lost revenue or missed event opportunities. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event workspace.
Ending your use
You can stop using the product or request account deletion at any time. Accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms may be suspended.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product grows. Meaningful changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
